Portfolio fire risk assessment programmes

Risk-led fire risk assessment programmes for housing associations, councils and care groups, delivered to your renewal dates and reported through your systems.

Housing providers and estates

Overview

A portfolio of hundreds of buildings needs a programme, not a series of visits. We plan the year by risk and renewal date, notify residents and duty holders in advance, deliver on schedule and report through the compliance system you already use. It is how a fire service inspection team works, and it is how we work.

Because our reports are consistent across the stock, you can compare buildings, prioritise capital works and show your board and regulator a complete, current picture.

Questions we are often asked

Can you meet Welsh Housing Quality Standard and bilingual requirements?

Yes. We work UK wide, including Wales, provide bilingual resident communication where required, and report against the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023 requirements for social landlords in Wales.

How do you handle life-critical findings across a programme?

Any finding that presents an immediate risk to life is phoned through to your nominated contact the same day, before the report is written, and confirmed in writing. The programme lead tracks it to closure.
